Your mind is the strongest muscle you will ever use and have. The truth is most diets/lifestyles work if YOU work them. Your mind has to be in the right place. If you put in a half-assed effort, you'll get half-assed results (if any). So on this journey, I realized something I had to understand and get control of if I wanted my desired results. I had to dig deep and figure out why I was overeating. Why was I binging on food and taking comfort? Why was I drinking liquor like a whale drinks water? Then I thought about my goals and came up with the following affirmations.

We went to Cabo and my aunt tagged me in this picture. I was like OMG... I couldn't believe how big I was. I know a lot of people are like you aren't "that" big but y'all, I'm only 5'1 1/2" or 5'2. I don't need that much weight on me and here I was over 200lbs! My healthy weight and the weight I felt most-comfortable with is 140lbs but I was over 200lbs!! I was sluggish. I was depressed. I was unhappy and I felt like shit.
I saw this picture and realized I had to get it together! Not only did I not feel good, but I realized I also didn't look good.
There's no difference between the two pics so don't try to find it lol They were taken on the same day. I FINALLY put on clothes and felt like a lady so decided to model new outfits.
