Low-calorie oatmeal protein chocolate chip cookies 🍪 

Truth is I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I like desserts like the next person but because I’m focused on being healthier, I wanted some guilt-free chocolate chip cookies. 

I was gifted this collagen protein powder from Obvi and OMG! It’s quite delicious! Today, I decided to use it in my chocolate chip cookies so not only is this recipe lower in calories but it also contains collagen protein powder which is good for your hair, skin and nails. Really can’t beat that!

Dry Ingredients: 

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 tsp unsweetened apple sauce 
  • 1 tbsp liquid egg 
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar replacement 

  • 8.5g sugar-free chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Put the oatmeal in the blender on high to turn it into a flour. 
  3. Put the oatmeal in a bowl and mixed in the collagen powder. 
  4. Added the granulated sweetener and mixed the ingredients well. 
  5. Added the baking powder and mixed it in well. 
  6. Mixed the apple sauce, brown sweetener and liquid egg in a separate bowl. 
  7. Mixed the liquid into the dry ingredients. 
  8. Sprayed the baking sheet with a little non-stick cooking spray. 
  9. Make 6 cookies. Try to space them out some because they will spread a little. 
  10. Topped them off with the chocolate chips.
