I had a taste for nachos and decided why not make my own 💁🏽‍♀️

In this recipe, I decided to use Quest Nacho Cheese Protein Chips because of the higher protein content. Protein is great for weight loss. It takes a longer time for your body to break down so you stay full longer plus it helps with building and repairing muscles!

So instead of eating regular chips that are usually fried and don't have much nutritional value, I prefer to stick to protein chips. 

I also use 96/4 extra lean ground beef. It's really tasty, you don't have to worry about too much draining and it's usually about half the calories of 80/20 ground beef! 

High Protein Nachos

Ingredients:


  • 2 oz 96/4 extra lean ground beef
  • 1 bag of Quest Nacho Cheese Protein Chips
  • 2 tbsp Tostitos Salsa con Queso
  • jalapenos

I think nachos are fairly easy to make. 

You just need to ground and season the beef with your own seasonings of choice but if you need a break down, let me know!
